Yosemite 2-Day Trip
Day 1
We'll pick you up from your hotel in San Francisco between 6 and 6:30 am and set off eastbound towards the famous Yosemite National Park. During the journey through inland California, the guide will tell you all about some of the unmissable spots you'll find in this protected natural area.
When we get to the park, you'll be able to see the famous giant sequoias (weather permitting) that can grow up to 330 feet (100 metres) tall. We'll also make a stop to admire the beautiful views of Bridalvel Falls, El Capitan and Half-Dome. Another one of our stops will be at Inspiration Point, which is one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Yosemite.
Afterwards, you'll have the rest of the day free to explore Yosemite at your leisure. We recommend going on a hike or relaxing to the sounds and sights of Yosemite's rivers and waterfalls. Its waterfalls are also home to numerous species such as raccoons, deer and black bears.
Day 2
You'll have the second day to spend as you please until 3 pm, when we'll pick you up again in the bus. We'll leave Yosemite behind and make our way down through the mountains back to San Francisco. During our journey, we'll make a stop at a restaurant so you can have dinner on your own, and another stop to watch the sunset over the golden California hills.
After an unforgettable 2 days, you'll be dropped off back at the pickup point.
Accommodation
This tour includes 1 night's accommodation at one of the following hotels, depending on your chosen category:
- Accommodation in a rustic lodge: Yosemite Bug Rustic Mountain Resort. The price is per person in a shared room.
- Accommodation in a 3-star hotel: Yosemite View Lodge. The price is per person in a double room.
The tour doesn't include transportation between the park and the accommodation, so you'll need to take a bus on your own.
