Although the price of the card might seem expensive, depending on what you want to visit, it could be quite a good deal.
Go San Francisco Card
You can save up to 15% off the price mentioned above by buying the Go San Francisco Card online.
After purchasing the card, you just need to get the card from the San Francisco Visitor Information Center located downtown (on Market St. and Powell St.). You can also get it in the The Wax Museum or in the office of the Red and White Fleet, which are both located in the Fisherman's Wharf area.
You can see all of the attractions as well as getting a good discount when you buy the card from the main site:
When you consider that the price of buying a 5-day card online is less than $140, the daily cost of the card is just $28. For this price you can have free access to all attractions and activities such as a boat trip or an outing to the Napa Valley (worth $70), which is a very good deal.
The only attraction that is not included is the visit to Alcatraz (which is not included in other cards either), but you can get a 50% discount with the Go San Francisco Card.
