Los conductores en general muy poco amables.. algunas paradas para cogerlo los autobuses no está indicadas y no coincide con la aplicación.. la regularidad de los autobuses de 15 minutos no la cumplen.. ha cortes de calles por eventos y no lo avisan pasa saber dónde coger los autobuses y usan otras rutas que no las indican..

The drivers are generally very unfriendly. Some bus stops are not marked and do not match the app. They do not comply with the 15-minute bus schedule. There are road closures due to events and they do not inform you where to catch the buses and they use other routes that are not indicated.

Nous regrettons avons dû patienter au moins 15min à un arrêt et avoir eu l'information à la fin de notre parcours qu'il était préférable de télécharger l'application pour avoir l'adresse des arrêts et la circulation en temps réel des bus. nous aurions aimé avoir cette information dès la montée dans le bus. a part cela, les chauffeurs étaient très aimables, la qualité des écouteurs était très bien et le son et la teneur des commentaires également.

El autobús podía ser mejorable. Las paradas no están demasiado cerca de las atracciones. No conseguimos un lugar para hacer una foto bonita del golden gate. El bus nocturno no se hace de noche sino de día con lo cual dejas de ver el skyline iluminado de San Francisco. Y tampoco tenia la audio guía en nuestro idioma solo en inglés

The bus could be better. The stops are not too close to the attractions. We didn't get a place to take a nice photo of the golden gate. The night bus is not done at night but during the day, so you stop seeing the illuminated skyline of San Francisco. And it did not have the audio guide in our language either, only in English

La excursión es la habitual, los autobuses son frecuentes. Quizás se podría mejorar que al contratar la excursión se pudiera acceder al autobus en cualquier parada. Personalmente fui a las oficinas (parada #1) pero si no entendí mal las instrucciones me hubieran rechazado el acceso en cualquier otra parada. El servicio termina a las, creo que es demasiado pronto, más que nada porque a las 5 justo llegamos a la parada 1 y ya nos tuvimos que bajar ahí.... Luego hubo dos paradas que el conductor no realizó, tampoco nos dio tiempo a avisarle por la velocidad que llevaba

Es la mejor manera de conocer los lugares que no debes dejar de visitar en San Francisco. Además, los trayectos te ayudan a hacerte una idea de las distancias que hay entre los diferentes puntos. Lo q tendria q venir mejor explicado en el bono es como canjearlo, todo lo q te entra, porque son muchas las opciones y si vas organizado con antelación, mucho mejor

Muy buena la guía grabada en español que se escucha con audífonos durante la ruta de Big Bus en el día. Sin embargo, el tour en la noche sólo es dirigido en inglés, no hay un pregrabado ni nada, entonces deberían considerar hacer una guía grabada en varios idiomas para esta actividad también.

El Tour más completo no puede ser.Nosotros habíamos recorrido San Francisco andando días antes del Tour y nos sorprendió muy gratamente el darnos cuenta que sin la información que nuestro guía nos facilitaba,no podríamos haberla sabido sin él. Nuestro guía,Jose Ramón, es una persona increíble,amable,atenta,graciosa... Es aconsejable contratar el autobús turístico, en especial el de dos días de validez, porque permite desplazarse por una ciudad como San Francisco, auténtica rompepiernas en algunos tramos, y porque da la posibilidad de ir a Sausalito, un recomendable enclave

Me gustó mucho, pero en lo que deberían de mejorar es en tener más horarios y señalar mejor las áreas de las paradas o tener paradas específicas (un recuadro de cierto color, etc.) para cada compañía de buses turísticos para evitar confusiones

Pero cuidado con el viento en la parte de arriba, sobre todo a la hora de pasar los puentes, hace frío y el Golden Gate se pasa en varias ocasiones. Los tour nocturno y a Sausalito son sólo en inglés, aunque los guías intentan ser lo más amables posible y hacerse entender. En el tour nocturno, si el autobús está lleno, los que se coloquen arriba se quedarán allí hasta el final, incluso si llueve porque para eso te dan unos chubasqueros de plástico y puedes comprarles hasta una manta.

El tour estuvo en líneas generales muy bueno, realmente uno tiene la sensación de conseguir conocer la ciudad de San Francisco pero el tour nocturno fue todo en inglés y durante el tour de día, aveces las grabaciones con los comentarios del guía, no coincidían con lo que uno iba vendo. Más allá de estas observaciones, vale la pena hacer este tour!!!!
