La visita ha sido bastante decepcionante, por la falta de higiene. Los baños todos extremadamente sucios y el resto de Instalaciones exteriores de la cárcel presentaban infinidad de heces de las gaviotas y el mal olor era insoportable. Me queje en información y solo me dijeron que pusiera una reclamación, nada de atencion al visitante. El precio pagado está muy muy lejos de la excursión realizada. Me fui inmediatamente en el primer barco de vuelta al embarcadero.

The visit was quite disappointing due to the lack of hygiene. The bathrooms were extremely dirty, and the rest of the prison's outdoor facilities were covered in seagull droppings, and the stench was unbearable. I complained to the information desk, but they only told me to file a complaint; no visitor service was provided. The price paid was far, far from the excursion I had received. Reservamos a las 15:20 y nos mandaron la entrada para las 9:40AM, tuvimos que hacer otra cola y esperar a ver si sobraba sitio para poder meternos, básicamente nos rellenaron con lo que sobraba.
