Tras subirnos en el autobús, en vez de empezar el tour a la hora prevista, nos llevaron al muelle a la salida de un crucero donde nos tuvieron 45 MINUTOS ESPERANDO mientras iban ofreciendo el tour a todo el que salía. Al llevar tanto retraso, tuvieron que recortar del recorrido (faltaron paradas) y encima terminamos tarde igualmente. Cuando le preguntamos al señor que estaba pasando solo nos dijo que si no nos gustaba lo que habia, que nos bajasemos del bus.

After getting on the bus, instead of starting the tour at the scheduled time, they took us to the dock at the exit of a cruise ship where they kept us WAITING FOR 45 MINUTES while they offered the tour to everyone who was leaving. Because they were so late, they had to cut the tour short (they missed stops) and on top of that we ended up late anyway. When we asked the man what was going on, he only told us that if we didn't like what was on, we should get off the bus.

Worst tour I have been on. We did not go over the bay bridge or make it to treasure island. They took us through some of the roughest parts of town where my son witnessed the poorest of poor, watched a drug deal on a street corner while at a redlight, saw row after row of homelessness, drunkenness, drug use, so we could see a public building and museum. I feel like the company could have changed the route and warned customers what they may Witness and change in the description of the tour.

Estaba nublado por lo tanto no vimos ni el Golden Gate ni skyline. A pesar de ser Julio hacia un frío horrorosa y no se puede disfrutar del bus descapotable. Creo que no deberían de vender esta excursión con niebla porque no se ve nada y pagas para pasar frío.

It was cloudy so we didn't see the Golden Gate or the skyline. Despite being July it was horribly cold and you can't enjoy the convertible bus. I think they should not sell this excursion with fog because you can't see anything and you pay to be cold.
