If you're travelling with us in autumn or winter, we'll spend the second day gazing at the best views of Monterey's coast and visiting Carmel-by-the-sea. You'll have some free time to have lunch in this charming town, which is famous for being the home of Clint Eastwood.
During spring and summer, we'll visit Yosemite National Park. We'll make several stops at its viewpoints and take short hikes to admire its many lakes and lush forests. In addition, we'll visit Yosemite Falls, which is one of the highest waterfalls in North America.
At the end of the day, we'll make our way to Stevenson Ranch to have dinner and spend the night.
Day 3: Stevenson Ranch - Las Vegas
Good morning! We'll have breakfast at the hotel and start our 4-hour 30-minute drive through Death Valley to our next destination: Las Vegas. At the halfway point, we'll stop in the town of Barstow so you can have lunch at your leisure.
When we get there, we'll take a tour of the Las Vegas Strip to see where Sin City's most famous casinos and hotels are located. After exploring the area, you'll have the evening free to get dinner and try your hand at some gambling.
Day 4: Las Vegas - Hoover Dam - Las Vegas
